The Challenge
The Bishnoi Global Council faced a massive logistical hurdle: managing a global community without a central digital backbone. Businesses struggled to find trusted talent, job seekers lacked verified opportunities, and the council was overwhelmed with manual verification paperwork. They needed a scalable, automated ecosystem to unify commerce and governance—securely. The technical challenge: How do you build a trust protocol that prevents spam while maintaining user privacy?
The Solution
We engineered a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system that acts as the community's digital constitution. 3-Tier Governance Logic: (1) Admins ('God-Mode'): Complete oversight to approve/reject businesses and manage global events. (2) Businesses: A dashboard to post jobs and manage directory profiles. (3) Users: A seamless portal to apply for jobs and access community resources. Iron-Clad Security: Leveraged Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure data privacy. A business can only edit their data, while public users can only view approved listings. Automated Workflows: Built a 'Pending → Approved' pipeline that eliminates spam and ensures only verified entities enter the ecosystem.
