The Challenge
Managing academic data for a massive institution is chaotic. The client faced data leaks and operational inefficiency because HODs and Faculty members were using scattered tools. They needed a Single Source of Truth with strict security protocols.
The Solution
We engineered a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system powered by JWT. Context-Aware Security: The system intelligently detects the user's role (HOD vs. Faculty) and dynamically renders the dashboard. HODs see Analytics, Faculty see Assignments. Real-Time Data: Integrated a live notification engine for instant updates.
